To provide the RemBuddy CRM service (owned and operated by GenForge Studio), we securely process and analyze communication logs from client WhatsApp channels that you explicitly authorize. This includes:

• Text and voice summaries sent within connected chat groups.
• Task deadlines, client commitments, and payment status updates.
• Billing dates, values, and client coordinator contacts.

2. How We Use Information

We use the parsed context solely to automate your agency's task management, schedule Google Calendar invites, generate automated invoice follow-ups, and trigger SLA escalation alerts. We do not sell, rent, or lease your conversation logs to third parties.

3. Data Integrity & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using standard AES-256 encryption. Our database integrations (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) run behind secured VPC limits. We retain conversation data only as long as necessary to populate your client timelines and task backlogs.

4. Third-Party Integrations

RemBuddy CRM connects to third-party services including Meta (WhatsApp Business API) and Google Calendar API. Any data shared with these providers is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy rules.

5. GDPR & Compliance Rights
